I've noticed a few bots and afk players in crucible recently (especially on Iron banner weeks) and that, in itself, is frustrating. I've been reporting them whether they're on my team or not, but I haven't been able to block them. I thought that maybe it was just a network error, like the message says, but it's happened at least 5 times now in a row so I thought I should mention it to support. I would assume it has something to do with the peer to peer system and someone's internet timing out or something, but I don't know.
Not to just report something, but suggest a solution as well, however, I think that there's a really simple way to fix that (though it could obviously have its own problems). I think that if a player doesn't get any kills or deal damage to the enemy for say 5 matches, they get kicked back into orbit. I think that even the worst player will get a kill within that time frame and with it being 5 matches in a row, you wouldn't have to worry if you were brought into a game right at the end. I would be hesitant to work with if they just dealt damage, though, as I did play with a bot that randomly cycled through all of its actions and it did manage to deal 24 damage through the course of a match.
Idk, just really frustrating to play with people like that. (the person in the video was just afk, in case someone was wondering).

3 RepliesI went and checked that player's game history and he's been in 20 games and not gotten a single kill. I would say that it's very obvious that he's either been afk or botting.... Like really? -_-
