We can’t masterwork guns because we have to spend all of our cores on infusion

I thought the whole point of cores were to masterwork weapons and armor. I can’t do either of these, I’ve masterworked 2 weapons since forsaken came out and not masterworked any armor at all because it costs so much and I can’t save cores because I need to infuse my weapons so I can actually use them. Plz remove cores from infusion so ppl can use them for what they were originally designed for. I want to masterwork my gear. Also if you’re coming on to say that enhancement cores are easy to get and that you should just play the game, then just leave. You aren’t too good for infusion to be fixed, so get over yourselves. The way the economy is set up is forcing you to spend all ur enhancement cores on infusing if you want to use ur gear without having ur light drop significantly. I play these game often and many others do too and many of them have to choose between infusing and masterworking. We shouldn’t have to choose between the 2. We should be able to use and look how we want without being penalized Here’s another edit because ppl are misinterpreting what I’m saying. This is a whiney, complaint post, it come off like but that’s not what I’m trying to do. The infusion economy is flawed. The point of what I’m saying overall is that masterwork cores were created for masterworking not infusing. It defeats the whole purpose of them. It’s comepletely unnecessary and just increases the artificial grind, they should just do what thy were created to do in the 1st place which is masterworking gear. Also for those of you who comment stuff like “masterwork cores are easy to get just play the game” I understand that and I know they are fairly easy to get, the problem is that right when you get them they are usually just used for infusion right away. I’ve gotten hundreds of cores but I keep running out because I want to play with my weapons without taking a massive hit in my power level. U see that’s the problem if you want to use the guns that you want to play with u must continual keep dumping cores into infusing, and you use them almost as soon as you get them, unless you hoard them and have a crap ton. Players want to be able to play and look how they want without coughing up more cores every time they get a new god roll or want to infuse an old weapon. And for the love of god ppl stop acting like you’re “too good” for enhancement cores being removed from infusion. Get over yourselves. Lastly if you have a crap ton of cores that you hoarded or saved up, just know that many ppl do not have as much time as you to play this game. I plant this game very often and even I don’t usually have any cores stored away so I can’t imagine how much worse infusion is for casuals. The point is other ppl have trouble with cores and just because u don’t have problems with it doesn’t mean you should come on here and berate ppl for trying to fix a legitimate problem in the economy. Stop trying to ruin it for ppl who don’t have as much cores as you do, it really isn’t a big deal and will help you out as well. Also just wanted to say sry if I lose my temper and get in a fight with ya. Just frustrated with ppl trying to ruin this for those less fortunate than themselves. So if you’re coming here to brag about how easy the cores are to get and how it doesn’t need to be fixed please just don’t post [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been moved to #Feedback forum so that other Destiny players can weigh in.
