I couldn't get thru the text blinding to read every word. I feel like legendaries should drop empty with all perk slots and mod slots left up to player to fill. All perks and mods should be earned off of race specific activities. As well I feel like masterwork cores should be 1 a item to be equipped and should be powered up to active by excess motes of light. [Kinda like catalyst require powering up] As engrams are farmed by activity drops, mods and perks [parts] could be farmed as well and dropped by certain bosses or lackies. Be still a grind just maybe a little more control for the player and a little more pointfull.😃

I've been saying something similar for months, Destiny is all about the guns, why not let us build our own guns?

  • Because it completely breaks the game
Because it completely breaks the game
Building your own gun wouldn't break the game in any way. It wouldn't be any more different than getting a god rolled gun. Want a hand cannon with quickdraw and killclip? Make one. Get one with the same perks from mind numbing RNG playing the same shitty missions back to back? What's the difference?
There is no difference.
Except the difference is that a god rolled gun is an extremely rare drop that very few people have, selectable perks is a gun everybody would have, it’s the exact reason why Bungie took away rerolling iron banner weapons skippy because you had to have that roll
thats your difference
Making a gun wouldn't actually break the game because everyone wants the same god tier weapons, or what they believe to be god tier. So farming for said gun, and making said gun are the same thing, one thing causes frustration, and people to be burnt out. The other is rewarding. So like I asked, what's the difference between farming for a gun, and making a gun?
There is no difference.
•
Muh “there’s no difference but make it my way” get a better argument skippy
Lmao Ok elitist, keep being elitist. 3 replies to me, keep dialing Cry-1-1 for things that'll actually make the game better. They have tons of advice for helping get sand out of your mangina. 1. Played crucible a lot actually. Been uninstalled since Forsaken, but nice try though. That tells me you're definitely a try hardest sweaty if you took the time to stat track me lmao. 2. You're argument is based on feeling like an elitist while my argument is actually valid, but ok. If anything, making a gun will bring balance, but like I said elitist, keep being elitist.

Either you’re just stupid or a troll because I already explained the difference Edit: 555 at highest and never played crucible, now I know why you think you’re right

  • Except I already explained exactly how it’s game breaking because Bungie already tried allowing refills and it did break the game, go be stupid somewhere else skippy
