For me, it's the first shader, on the first page of Collections > Flair > Shaders.

Ah. Thank you. I was looking where they said to find it on Reddit. I very much appreciate this. It’s in the same spot on mine.

Bungie has reorganized the shaders a few times now. Tess's shaders used to be under Tower if I remember correctly.
