I received several "Contacting Destiny servers" messages while in patrol on EDZ. While attempting to load into the Tower, I received several more and followed by the general networking error code centipede. I was then kicked to the title screen and any time I attempt to load into the game, I recieve the centipede error.
I checked my internet connection as well as my connection to PSN services. All are fine. checked NAT type to ensure it had not changed somehow in the last day. It is fine as well.
I cannot even proceed through to the character selection screen at this point.

If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs.
