Telesto and Wavesplitter, an easy solution
Telesto - Put it in the Heavy slot. Done, that's it.
Wavesplitter - Lower Stability, make it so that it can [b]only[/b] use the 3x power when you pick up an Orb. Keeps viability in PvE, reigns in the TTK for PvP.

I think it would be better to remove the wavesplitter entirely and let Xbox have it instead.
