Bungie can I get into contact with you

I have been playing d since house of wolves and pre order d2 and I have all dlcs and just recently purchased the forge pack. I have spent over 200 dollars on your game and I would like to ask why I have been banned from all crucible for 2 weeks. I understand that I have crappy internet but 2 weeks seems excessive plus I have been error coded multiple times with my other friends how have better internet then me. I am just curios on why this occurred I would like to come into contact with an employee to discuss the ban and what sulotions we might hopefully make.

We know that connection quality is fluid, so don’t worry if you have occasional, temporary issues. If you receive one of these warnings, please visit the Network Troubleshooting Guide. If your connection does not improve, there are additional guides available that can help you in diagnosing advanced network issues. If all else fails, contact your ISP for assistance. If your connection does not improve after an in-game warning, and we continue detecting a negative impact on other Guardians, restrictions from PvP activities may be applied to your account.[/quote] https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/47555

  • 1. This is the only place to contact 2. Wait out the restriction, nothing can be done to shorten. 3. Fix your internet so this doesn't happen again.

I’ll advise you that you don’t play D2 PvP until you get better internet, as people with low internet are ruining the PvP experience for people that have good internet. Bungie has to look after all their player base and people ruining any experience which could be people hacking, bad internet, etc, Bungie will take action. So it’s all justified at the end of the day and you should consider fixing your internet or getting better internet.
