Allow ENHANCED perks to roll on any gear..
Sick of wearing dreaming city/raid gear for enhanced perks, why not just add it to everything?

2 RepliesThey wouldn't be as unique if they rolled on every armor set, plus i dont see any difference between normal and "enhanced" perks. As long as you dont get a piece with the "slightly increase" variant you're fine.
