The One-Eyed Mask doesn’t seem to be working the way it was last IB. Like the perks aren’t procing. Not getting enemy marks often and I don’t know that I’ve had a consistent shield yet. Definitely no health regen. Did they secretly nerf it or is it bugged? Seems like it has to be something because it’s certainly not what it once was.
