Which items in the Matrix do you not own?
Did the Titan mark show up in the Matrix for you?
As for the Etched engrams earned through gameplay, there is no duplicate protection.

Hi BNGHelp1 As for Etched engrams [i]bought[/i] ... do they have some sort of duplicate protection? I have earned MANY engrams in game... and I am getting duplicate items 5 or 6 times over now ... but there are 3 items I just can't seem to obtain: The Past Unearthed and 2 "Guardian Effects" (green and pink) Sadly a few weeks ago the Past Unearthed was included in a bundle along with an exotic item I "already owned" so the game would not actually let me purchase it .. which is weird. I would suggest that for future updates you could offer us a discounted price to complete the bundle or at the very least let us decide if we want to buy it.

Hello, I apologize for the late reply. I have since learned some new information regarding my dilemma, but I will answer your questions first. The two items I did not have were The Bronco sparrow and the Dark Days ghost shell. Yes, the titan mark did show up in the matrix, but it was crossed out as if I already owned it. I later checked my collections menu, and found that the mark showed up as new there, as if my first time acquiring it failed to register it in my collections. I also tried to replicate this bug by using silver to activate the matrix. I used it twice, and twice it gave me the items I did not own (the sparrow and ghost shell). I apologize for this inconvenience to you, but I have no explanation for this unless it was something on my end. I've never had problems with the matrix until now, and I seem to be the only case of this happening.

By chance, do you remember when / where you originally got the Titan mark? And did you delete it from your inventory before this happened?

I then logged out a while before logging back in to play more and redeem another facet. If I recall correctly, I put the initial mark in my vault after receiving it. I must admit though, I deleted the duplicate in frustration yesterday prior to receiving your initial response. I realize that was incredibly dumb, and I sincerely apologize.
