I earned my Active Matrix today and was excited because in the Prismatic Matrix I had all the items except 1 greyed out (already acquired) The Bronco sparrow. I used my Active Matrix and to my surprise, even though I had all the other items, I did NOT receive The Bronco sparrow but a Titan Mark (on my only character a Warlock). I had previously already acquired this Titan Mark although I cannot speak as to when. The Prismatic Matrix reads as follows, "Guaranteeing an item never previously acquired..." this is patently false. This is highly annoying to be sure but the real problem here is that the Prismatic Matrix can be used using REAL currency. This is extremely unethical to have a feature that can be accessed using real world currency that does not work correctly at best or is purposely misleading people into spending money on items that they will not receive, even though it is advertised that they will. Now I'm no lawyer, but this sounds pretty shady to me. I request a refund of my Active Matrix or The Bronco as recompense. Bungie, you can look at my account and see I am being 100% truthful. Hopefully this is just an error somewhere in the coding or whatever which can be quickly fixed and not a scam, because on the surface of it I can tell you this doesn't look good and doesn't leave me feeling good about Bungie either. I will await your response and resolution to this issue Bungie.
