This is from Bungie's ban policy and my observations
Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific or if the license key(s) were obtained from a less than reputable source.
Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans.
Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason.
There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans.
Bans are lifetime for that account

I've read those before very carefully and several times - still, it does not answer my question. I did not ask why I get the ban - I did ask the parameters of a ban itself, at least this info should be available and it does not contradict the policy of "do not discuss, dispute or overturn".
I did ask the parameters of a ban itself
If it is your first ban, it is account ban. If you have been banned several times on the same device, it will state device ban.
