What am I missing? ringing nail god roll.
Bungie community please shead some light. Am I do somthing wrong? I have forged the ringing nail over a couple hundered time now with zero success of the rampage and dragonfly god roll. Facebook group mate said try using weapons with the said perks, this made it drop on two charaters, for me no such luck. it this drop 100% random? Do you have to maximum temper the forge? can someone explain wtf maximum tempering is for?

2 Repliesmax temper on the 3 first forges gives you a key once. On the 4th forge it is a chance to drop the accelerator that give you buffs on the forge gear. Rolls of any sort are all random, there is nothing you can do to increase the odds of a specific roll.
