Forge Key Mold & Mysterious Box Issue
Currently, we are aware of players reporting issues regarding the Black Armory Key Mold and Mysterious Box. At this time we are actively investigating these reports and ask that players who believe to be impacted by this comment below in this thread so we can efficiently gather data on the matter.
Please note this thread's focus is to assist with a potential future resolution and not handle individual requests at this time.

Edited by soljaboy81: 1/11/2019 4:55:46 AMI also was unable to collect the key mold on my other characters, collected it on a character that doesn’t have a rare bounty kinda hoping to get one within the week, also a little disappointed that Bungie just handed the forge over like they did I would have rather waited until someone had figured out the puzzle but I guess that’s just me growing up figuring out puzzles in games growing up without internet to fall back on within the first three seconds of not being able to figure something out, but I guess that’s what you get when ppl whine and cry!!

1 ReplyI was able to complete the quest on my first character without any problems. I went to start it on my second character but could not get the mold from Ada-1 or the cut scene. I have a rare bounty on the second character so do not know why it will not start.

I have the same issue on ps4 We need help as fast as possible, cause time is running... Just give us the 4. Key. We have already done the long quest...

I'm on Xbox with the same issue. I managed to get a rare bounty to drop on my main character (the one with the quest active)...but the rare bounty that dropped was the one that requires completing 12 daily forge bounties and 1 weekly dorge bounty... unfortunately I have already completed both of the weekly bounties this week on this character...so now I'm locked out. I deleted the uncompleteable rare bounty in the hope that I can get another to drop before reset...this sucks! Hhheeelllppp Bungie!

Have mold and step on PC, hit maximum temper, no key drop on successful completion.

copy/paste from my thread I made. Because this isn't what we paid for. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Ada-1 bugged out? First post ever. I need help. Spent the past couple days grinding my tail off to unlock the forges on my hunter....only to find that ada-1 is not selling me any weapon frames for some reason. I have 2 ballistics logs but she will not sell me either the powerful frames or the regular modulus report ones. Jotunn came out this week, still don't have le monarque....I guess I don't get a chance to get them because of this? Awesome...thanks.... Also...I have 3/4 locks opened on my mysterious box....but she isn't giving me the questline for the fourth one for some reason. If I cant get it til next reset, that means I cant do the shattered throne portion of the quest for another 3 weeks.....meaning I gotta wait 3 weeks to get the sniper.... Is this what I paid for with the season pass? Please tell me I'm missing something or there is a workaround/fix.

Only one character got key mold and same with two friends of mine we have all forges unlocked and all keys on the other characters just can't get the key mold

2 RepliesI got the final key to drop for my warlock yesterday but after numerous runs with my titan and hunter it won’t drop. Did everything correctly, Maximum Temper every time, Landwalker smoked and nada.

I do not get the "Black Armory Key Mold" from Ada-1 on my second character. Which is a bit annoying because I have a rare bounty on my second character!

Edited by Draec: 1/11/2019 2:43:35 AMI am not able to get the Quest for the key mold on my other characters. Picked it up on my Hunter and logged in on my Warlock to grab it and Aida said not soup for you. Just give us the quest Globally across all characters and call it good.

Shattered Throne needs to be left as ACTIVE next week after reset.
