I'm complaining about Bungie's PR. They never apologize. They never say sorry. Like a couple of weeks back when they messed up the update which prevented users from logging in for hours -- even after admitting the fault was on their servers THEY NEVER SAID SORRY. Normal people say sorry when they mess up. This communication looks like something that has been approved by the legal department. Seriously, it comes across like their lawyer has advised them never to say sorry lest it be used against them. And... long ago my teacher used to tell me the worst possible criticism is to say nothing. Because that's when you believe the other party is incapable of learning from their mistakes so saying anything is pointless. I guess I still believe in Bungie a teeny weeny bit.

If they admitted fault then they acknowledged the mistake was on their part, that's enough for me I don't need a hand written apology. My personal opinion is the forge dlc has been good, much better then the some of the dlcs they put out, HoW and TDB especially.

They didn't admit fault, that's the thing. They admitted there was a problem. They even said it was on their servers -- finally in the end after hours of suggesting people check their network connections. But they never actually admitted fault. It was like the problem was a natural disaster like flood or lightning strike that just happens without anyone being responsible. "It's your fault or no one's fault but never ours" -- that's Bungie's stance.

Edited by Neon: 1/10/2019 11:28:42 AMThey admitted fault accept it and let it be. Why you feel like a whole apology is needed is beyond me. If they admit to fault and fix it, why do they need to double down and apologize to you? You sound sensitive tbh. That's just me bein honest with you. I don't give two -blam!-s if they apologize or not at least they told us it was on them and not tryin to hide it. Edit: If they said it was in their servers, it's their fault. They basically admitted to it. They couldve said it was xbox or PC or psn servers. No they said it was THEIRS.

I'm just wondering why it seems to be so difficult to say sorry these days. It's not like people will demand refunds and sue you for damages if you say you're sorry, is it? And just to be clear, I'm not talking about some long-winded formal apology. Just a simple sorry.

Bro the average game producer isn't going to apologize to u personally for a -blam!- up, AAA or indie it's not going to happen they said earlier that the puzzle 4 niobe labs was too complex and that it was their fault, that's as good as it's going to get and I'm fine with that.
