The Dreaming City ship, the Pallas Galliot PSA
I was under the impression that the Dreaming City ship only dropped from the last encounter in the Shattered Throne. It finally dropped for me today and it dropped from the Ogre.
All the conversations I had with people that I have done the Shattered Throne with, all thought it only came from the last encounter. Now I know that isn't true. If you're just looking for the ship, do the whole thing.

Mine dropped from the labyrinth (first encounter)

Correct, this is a common misconception but it can drop from any of the three encounters. Mine dropped from the first one.
