Not impressed by TLW stats. Really Bungie?

1 Replyin destiny 1, it shut down crucible like lunas howl when they first hit the scene. if multiple ppl on the other team had LW and your team didnt, u didnt stand a chance. it's got to at least go one for one with a Luna user for me to be satisfied with it. if it beats not forgotten it should only be after its masterworked just because ppl did a lot of grinding for that weapon imo.
-
3 RepliesHopefully it has something hidden or that the stats aren’t 100% accurate
-
3 RepliesMe too I’m scared on what they are doing with the weapon. It’s an exotic for pvp and it might not even be good enough to compete with Luna’s and not forgotten’s Crossing my fingers at this point
-
It's going to be an in your face type of weapon. You'll get teams of people who are really good at being ultra aggressive.
-
4 RepliesUsing TLW would mean sacrificing Wardcliff, DRB, and NF/LH. I don't see any tryhard willing to give up those lol. Also, it seems TLW has half the aim assist of LH/NF (w/o target adjuster). I don't see it competing against those weapons.
-
I think it'll be y3 D1 style. Good but skill gap to take advantage of
-
5 RepliesIt's funny because everyone is expecting it to be the broken mess it was in d1. That won't happen.
-
Really hoping that the full auto perk works how it does on shotguns where it also increases rate of fire. if it is just a full auto 180 rpm with hip fire it is going to be complete and utter trash.
-
TlW in D1 had the lowest range on any handgun and that thing was a beast
-
Sometimes you can't compare stats between arctypes. Maybe they use the D1 stat system. Like dustrock blues has a lot higher impact than botherion mk. 38 has but they still do about the same damage.
-
Yea its gonna suck
-
You do realize that it's the raw stats of the weapon without taking barrel/mag/perk into account ?
-
2 RepliesBruh, you have no idea. The stats mean nothing.
-
Im calling it that the last word wont be retaining its D1 damage values, look at the damage nerf to machine guns, D1 they were like 64 per headshot (for thunderlords archetype) and 41 per headshot (for supergood advice and zombie apocalypse WF42[i think that was its name] aka the red crucible machine gun) Keep in mind that the high RoF mg's were for damage output with little accountability for ammo conservation (With supergood advice somewhat being an exception to this rule) medium RoF mg's like the qullims terminus were reliable when it came to damage per bullet. This was all abandoned in D2's iteration of the weapon which i will add to this post soon...

I like how you just openly talk about stuff that was leaked and that some people may not want to know yet. But whatever. -
It still has fan fire so probably fires faster than 180 rpm really. It was always a situational weapon so the stats might not be great, but the stats weren't what made it good.
