After typing this monstrosity of a post once and not submitting this correctly, here we go again... So Is there any efficient way to reach out to Acitivison/Bungie? I'm new to Destiny and was playing the Leviathan raid with my friends, and I was randomly disconnected... when trying to reconnect, I was provided with the message to visit Bungie's ban page for further details. I'm not sure as to why I was banned and wasn't provided with any other details... Is there any efficient way to follow up on this?
From what I've seen on this, there are only two possibilities that I could think of (and they're probably a really long shot, and no I was not hacking or using any scripts of any kind). I had discord & NVIDIA Geforce open, but was receiving FPS drops/freezing and tried to use task manager to end the task. I accidentally clicked on "Debug" instead of end task, which just further lagged and froze my computer, and finally had to end all tasks and restart all programs. Again I think these two things are kind of long shots because, but I noticed the ban page mentioned "kernal debugger", but I'm not exactly sure how debugging works or the specifics of it... These seem like long shots, but these are all that I have to go on. Any help would be greatly appreciated... It's kind of nuts that I just spent money on this game and can't even play it and have nothing to go on...

10 RepliesTypically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929

This is how you get unbanned:
made you look! Have a nice permanent ban.
5 RepliesThere is no follow up. There will be no discussion regarding your ban. Bungie does not discuss bans. Their decision is final. There is no appeals process.

4 RepliesThese forums are the only way to contact bungie directly. PC bans usually happen due to third party software that could potentially inject code into the game. These include but are not limited to certain overlays, aimbots, debuggers, viruses, malware, and network manipulators. Bans cannot be disputed or repealed. You are banned permanently, and will never be unbanned. If you wish to play this game again you will have to buy the game again on a new account and try not to get banned next time.
