Did Destiny 2 downgrade in subclass trees?
What happened to the super in-depth subclass trees in Destiny 1 that made every subclass super customizable and unique?

2 RepliesIs there really much difference? Take each of the items on the img you provide and match it to the options available right now. I think there are a couple less in D2 than there were in D1 but it seems more to me the D1 design was a mess and for D2 they just tidied it up into sections; i.e. movement in it's own diamond at the bottom, grenades in it's own diamond at the top.

1 ReplyI think you might be a tad bit late asking this very question considering Destiny 2 has been out for well over a year... But to answer the question - downgrade is not the word I would have used, but yes.
