How Competitive PvP should be in D3

Matchmaking -Matchmaking is now based on Ranking that tracks Win/Loss Ratio -Your rank will equal the amount of players you outrank + 1 (Example: If you outrank 50,000 players, your ranking will be 50,001, and matchmaking will prioritize matching with players between 40,001 and 60,001 ranking) -If you are matched with players with 20,000+ more or less ranking than you, teams will be chosen based on total ranking between all players, to balance them out more -Matchmaking will strongly prioritize matching solo players with other solo players Gameplay -Weapon and Armor perks will be disabled, and Exotics Armor will not be permitted -Sprint Speed is increased by 10% -Primary Weapons will get adjusted damage and/or rate of fire to reduce the fastest TTK to 0.75 seconds -Reduced melee animation time from 1.3 seconds to 1 second -Melee now deals double damage from behind, if you've been crouching for longer than 4 seconds. This will be a bit like a stealth-kill mechanic

      - Every team in Comp should be an already compiled team, not a MM team. Your "Gameplay" suggestions are horrible. The stuff you listed is what makes Destiny. If you don't like it, go elsewhere. I do't play PvP anymore, but if I were going to, I wouldn't ask for any of these changes.
