I was doing the Awakening step from the Questline to enter the Dreaming City, the one involving the Talisman after the Forsaken Campaign, I reached the point where the quest was directing me to the Observatory to rendezvous with Petra Venj, she didn't show up. After exploring the map for 10 minutes and watching a walk through of the quest, I found that she's just not spawning in. I've tried returning to Orbit in hopes of restarting it, but it now shows up under Milestone as Beyond the Watchtower with a quote of Virgil and the banner to begin the adventure isn't showing up, both on the map and at its previous spawning place. I've restarted the game too, but nothing seems to have worked.
