Make forge unlocks account-based
People don’t have the time to unlock forges across all characters on their account. Please Bungie, please make forge unlocks account-based rather than character-based.

The grind should be bumped up to be twice as long. For the other characters it should become RNG on the level of 100voices to unlock them.
