Can we put some honest ideas in here for LFG?
I, for one, like people to be respectful to one another in an LFG group. I’ve been a Sherpa many times for new raiders and respect goes a long ways. Just listen and try to follow directions. If it’s not working for you than just be honest and let people know that you need to leave, don’t just leave without saying anything. If people have a better idea what to expect, it might make people more inclined to invite LFG players. Just a thought...🤷♂️

I think lfg should do away with ridiculous demands like must have emblem and 20 clears. Enough with elitism.

19 RepliesJust put matchmaking in the freak'n game and we'll all be chill. It's not like this crap is hard or anything.

Being chill is my number one requirement when I Raid with LFG. If you lose your shit over one mistake, get out.

2 Replies1. Don’t be a jerk to ANYONE. It degrades the entire experience 2. Friendly banter and jokes are okay, but not during areas where people need to make callouts 3. If you don’t really know what you’re doing, or are confused on any part of the encounter, SPEAK UP 4. If I’m trying to explain the encounter to anyone in the fireteam, please no talking or asking questions until I ask for questions 5. Don’t just assume we will be doing a specific strategy or that someone else will be doing well/tether/melting point. Ask about it so we don’t end up without the support

1 ReplyLast Wish is so stupid easy to carry someone thru, you can just make them add duty the whole time I’ve never seen so many newcomers welcomed like this. People join groups all the time on PC and literally say they have no idea what to do like they didn’t watch a video or anything.

3 RepliesI stopped being respectful after a kid put a post up, me and a buddy joined, then found out the kid ignored his own LFG and filled the lobby without us. We asked for invites and he laughed, so I called him a dickhead and reported him 🤷♂️

1 ReplyEdited by Bieltan: 1/1/2019 2:00:32 PMI have to admit, it bugs me when I'm trying to explain something and that one dude just has to talk over me. And then gets affronted when, after the umpteenth time they've done it I lose patience and tell them to shut the -blam!- up. Time and place. I'm all for banter, but please keep a lid on it for 5 minutes whilst I explain stuff.

Nah it’s time to go and ppl won’t stop talking so ✌️

1 ReplyNo serial killers, I used to hate it when they would join the group I was in. Ok they're not all bad, but at least tone it down a bit. Ok actually nevermind I changed my mind, they're cool and are free to join. 👍

Bump. :)

5 RepliesWhen you have something hurtful to say don't say it you will just destory morale of your team and everyone in your team will not like you... unless they are a sociopath or something like that.

I know I mention raids, but this can be for any LFG situation....
-
Don’t be afraid to ask questions...
-
Also be honest about how much you really know...
