Why isn't it considered a limited endgame activity where Armor can roll with Enhanced perks? It seems to be just a "catch up" activity which seems a bit odd that, again, Power matters. I'm already 650, so there's really no point in for me to do it unless i'm really into the Armor design or a PvP guy.
