What light level should you be for forge?

Should be? 620+ if you want a pleasant and entertaining experience. I tried it at 600, failed, and didn’t return until I was 620. They can (obviously) be completed at much lower levels, but I figured “why make it hard on myself?”

I know some people would tell you to do lfg don't do it. If you do not want to waste your time don't do lfg it's not worth it. there is a reason why Bungie added matchmaking use matchmaking don't use lfg you will waste so much of your time. I'm speaking from personal experience there's a reason why I don't do lfg or any fireteam for the ascendant challenge simply because people don't like following directions a lot of people in the community they are very disrespectful and they do not know how to talk to people with respect.

606 for the first forge Second forge near 620 However the third Forge the actual forge I would say you can easily do it as a 615 because the boss is very squishy. However the quest to get the third Forge you have to be near 630. then on top of that it turns out the Quest for the fourth Forge within niobe labs from the destiny database it states the Forge recommended level is 640!! The same database shows the Quest for the last word recommended level 650

610 and above makes it more comfortable.

I recommend 610+ And don't do matchmaking at that level, I always get to the boss fight and there's never enough time to kill him.

I was light lvl 609 when I completed the first one.
