As stated above, I played through the base game and killed Gahul; got to lvl 20; power lvl 200, have not unlocked any new worlds or campaign quests. Contacted Blizzard and was told it was not their problem, it was Bungie's. Now I am forced to post on numerous forms to try to get some answers. Honestly, the 60 bucks I payed for this game isn't worth the trouble and would just like the money back for the portion of the game I have been unable to play. Why do you make it so difficult to play your game? How many forums do I have to post on?
