COD PvP vs Crucible
No contest. COD is amazing. When compared to Crucible, COD shines like the Sun.
I forgot how it feels to get clean, quick, crisp kills and hit detection.
The games are dast paced, lack lag, and the maps are gorgeous.
COD even lets you pick the specific type of match you want. You want Control? Done. You want TDM? Done. Meanwhile, in Crucible, you have to depend on RNG for everything, even the game types.
I will taking a break from Destiny playing Breakout or multiplayer.

1 ReplyCoD is a crap game, but it's true that the actual PvP systems are crisp as hell. Good hit detection, no lag, good map systems for mode and map selection, lots of customization for M&K on PC. Destiny is a joke by comparison. Destiny is just a more fun game to play. But the ranking system in general and the way PvP performs is atrocious on Destiny.

3 RepliesAt first when they announced Anthem doesn’t have PVP in it I saw it as a negative. Then I played a year of D2 and it’s PVP. Now the prospect of a game that only balances around PVE because there is no PVP seems like its worth a shot. Basically I never would have considered buying Anthem while I had Destiny to play. Now I’m looking forward to it. Yes I know “EA Bad” you can save our time by not replying with that.

3 RepliesThat's because they have such a smaller game. Destiny is trying to do PvP maps and modes, strikes, raids, Gambit, story and more. I agree though. Destiny knew how big they wanted things to be and planned poorly.

6 RepliesBecause CoD is built for PvP. Destiny was built for PvE, but the sweaty tryhards cling to it's PvP like their life depends on it. Remember when bungie tried to make destiny a competitive shooter, and almost killed the series?

8 RepliesDestiny PvP is really weird. It tries to appeal to the competitive scene with trials and high end comp rewards, yet bungie doesn’t take the steps necessary to make that work like getting dedicated servers and separately, quickly balancing crucible when something becomes widely overused.

6 RepliesThe last PvP games that felt in a good place were Titanfall2 (great balance, dedicated servers), R6 Siege (mainly dedicated servers) , Arma 3 & CounterStrike GO I think Halo 5 has dedicated servers, which help a great deal too

3 Repliesu compare a game that is mostly centered around pvp besides zombies vs a game that offers a large pve expierence from patrols strikes and raids and now adding gambit and crucible as a side thing just me but the two comparisons dont really seem great since destiny offers a whole other side of its game

2 RepliesI play Black Ops 4 for my PvP fix, but where are you seeing no lag? I play on both PS4 and Xbox One and 6 of 10 highlight reels are lagging shitternet users on both systems. Its a thing most CoD players know about.

Absolutely, and cod isn't even that great but its 100% better than this game.
