Hello, Thank you for your report. We are aware of an issue where some characters may be unable to pick up new or powerful frames from Ada-1 under some circumstances. In the meantime, affected players can pick up and complete these frames on other characters, or may wait until the weekly reset when new frames will enter Ada-1's inventory.
