When you can't use the weapons you grinded hours for because...
You only get 1 enhancement core every 15 years.
Great design bungie, it's not enough for you that you make me look like a horror fashion show disaster but I'm forced to use guns with crap rolls because enhancement cores are as rare as pigs flying.
