Why doesn’t Dreaming City have a Flashpoint?
Arguably the best planet in the whole game, yet a planet like Mercury has one...

Curious as to what you would want in addition to having the weekly milestone in order to make the DC a Flashpoint. The only other thing that a Flashpoint offers is the daily heroic adventures, but outside of the 3 quests missions (Broken Courier, The Oracle Engine, and the Dark Monastery), DC has no adventures.
