Vance only offers 3 verses a week. If you can't see one then you've done the 3 that he's offering. Keep checking at weekly reset and he should get the verse you need eventually.

Explains a lot thanks I believe I’ve done 3 this week whereas I barely did one every other month. Guess the final one will come at tomorrow’s reset, assuming there is a rest on Xmas day?

Reset is automatic so will carry on as normal. He may offer it tomorrow or be might not. Fingers crossed for you 😀
