Fireforged Valor emblem...how do I get it?

I need the Fireforged Valor emblem to complete my Forged in Fire badge. It says I get it from Lord Shaxx but not when or how. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx.

You had to buy it from shaxx last season, I'm guessing its probably a drop from packages now

I think it's from doing your first Valor rank reset. Heard others say it can be a random drop from Shaxx packages.
