Well as far as I can tell per my investigation on my PC there was some kind of Debugger running in the background. So, Either Steam triggered the flag and subsequent investigation when I added a "Non Steam Game" to the steam game library via normal means or this debugger was the cause. So in short people, know whats running on your pc before you run D2, its VERY picky and it may have been rightly so in this case but I'm still unsure. I have no use of a debugger but doesn't matter at this point. Debugger had nothing to do with it, this thing I found was running over a month and nothing happened until the 3 hours when I was trying to get steam link to work. Solved Adding Bnet to my Steam Library and booting Bnet then D2 from Bnet app from there caused the ban. I didn't know it but apparently it does inject itself into other programs to add them I guess. So thanks Bungie for rewarding all the years I've followed you, Halo 1, Halo 2 Limited Edition, Halo 3 Legendary Edition, Skipped purchasing reach but did play it, Kinda makes me ashamed of the MKVI Master Chief Helmet I have had sitting on my mantle all these years. *Thumbs Down*
