Flying into a gambit match and I used a pure matterglass lens consumable. The sound effect played normally as if it worked, but I noticed the effect didn't activate. I went back in to use another one and noticed my entire stack of 26 was gone. As there is no way to delete these other than use them one at a time, I don't see how I could have accidentally erased the whole stack. :( Edit: I found them in my vault. Not sure how/why this happened, but at least they didn't get erased. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when using it, other than I was actively flying into a match when I activated it. Hopefully this was a 1 time issue.
