Constant error code weasel and contacting destiny servers

This is now the third week of server issues in NE. Continually getting contacting destiny servers and weasel error codes. Before you at destiny say its on my end my router,PS4 cache and modem have been reset. Every other online feature and activity that is not destiny or Bungie related never disconnects and works properly. As you have said continuously we need to adjust and fix our connection. Well it is not on this end. Is there going to be a fix to the server disconnects and make the game playable again without having to use a timer to reset and reload the game?

  • This has just started happening to me this week since the dawning started, the PC is plugged into the wall and I haven't changed any settings, I can't actually think of any reason why it's happening now all of a sudden

    • Hey there, Appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. So here is a little context on this error code and some advice on how to tackle this. Weasel - This is commonly caused by intermittent breaks or low points caused by a wireless signal or a weak connection overall. A full reset of your internet equipment and hardware is a good place to start with this. If the steps suggested in the link above still don't remedy your issue please take some time to go through our Network Troubleshooting Guide to further work through your current issue.

      • Do you happen to have spectrum or time warner cable provider for internet? I have them and I am getting the same issues. It's so annoying, especially when you're about to finish something and it kicks you.
