Unfortunately, due to maintenance, I can't see a console/platform account tied to your Bungie.net account. Please provide as much information as possible to help with potential troubleshooting to include steps you've taken to get back in the game. Bungie help are bots and mentors are NOT bungie employees. The help forums are there so other gamers can "help" so bungie doesn't have to have an actual person to deal with issues. I'm sorry you are having issues. I'd recommend asking Xbox for a refund.
