Thunderlord balance in Gambit: reduce effective range

Thunderlord is far too effective at virtually all ranges in Gambit. As a machine gun class weapon, it should not dominate at long ranges. Leave its near- and medium-ranges strength as-is, but significantly increase its long range damage falloff and target tracking.

    Sure do love still getting effectively 3-shot across the map in Gambit by the Thunderlord. Bungie, please balance this weapon.

The thing with gambit is if they mess with it for gambit, since it involves PvP and PvE, any tweaks will affect [i]all[/i] game modes.

            • You can outgun a Thunderlord with malfeasance lol From experience you can use a machine gun at long range, you can even map predict it to lay down fire upto 2km away, even out of sight. GPMG rounds will go through walls, cars etc etc, feel lucky it doesn't have that attribute. If some one is good with it then they should be rewarded

              • No it's just fine as is. Stop trying to ruin another damn gun and git gud. It was the same way as it was in D1 now get over yourself,but Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

              • It doesn't have anything on linear fusions, snipers, rockets and requires more than one shot so get over it.
