Making that many cookies literally takes no effort... And i hate how grindy the game has become. Change up your loadout, the flavors drop often enough while you do literally anything. Change up your target, those ingredients drop even more frequent then the flavors. Play mayhem, you'll have over 200 essence or more in an hour or so, and you'll probably have fun.
