Scourge of the Past Raid Sparrow "Always on Time" cannot be reacquired from collections
The raid sparrow "Always on Time" cannot be reacquired from collections despite telling you how much it costs to pull another one out after you've already acquired it. Game did give prompt with the "shimmer" over the sparrow that something new was acquired.
Tested:
Moving the sparrow to another character, still unable to pull one out.
Closing application and logging back in to mentioned character, still unable to pull one out.
Changed to character that sparrow was moved to, still unable to pull one out.

Bungie disabled it because people were able to use it as a legendary shard farm
