Is there a way to get no feelings scout rifle without doing the raid?

1 ReplyNo, you can't. After Season 3 Bungie made it clear that end game gear can and should only be acquired by doing the activity. After all, if you can get the same gear as somebody else when they did all the work for it, what's the point in doing the activity? Raid clan engrams give vanguard gear, Gambit engrams give crucible gear. If you want the new raid weapons, play the new raid man! Get your light up ( I would highly recommend 640+, it is a tough raid) and find a team on LFG, or with your clan. Nothing more rewarding than learning it yourself and getting a raid drop you want. As someone who spent 10 hours in there day one for my first clear and worked hard to be good at this raid, it wouldn't make me feel like my time was valued if other people got the same gear for not doing anything.
