Fix the -blam!-ING exotics
I’ve gotten 5...5!!! -blam!-ing duplicates back to back throughout the past 2 weeks. They’re rare enough as is, which I like, but WHY do duplicates have such a HIGH drop rate?? It isn’t fun, it’s downright -blam!-ing stupid. Keep the drop rate as it is but Christ all -blam!-ing mighty make it a very slim chance for a duplicate, or at least make it impossible to get another duplicate after getting 3 duplicates in a row.
To reiterate: I LOVE how exotics are rare. It makes them feel exotic. What I can’t stand, however, is getting 5 duplicates in a row. It’s beyond demoralising. Another thing, were there no new exotics armour pieces in black armoury? I thought they mentioned new and old exotics coming in these seasonal content drops? Lame.

3 RepliesIn the last 4 days, 4 queen breakers have dropped between 4 of my clanmates, one of my clanmates got 5 exotics since Black Armory dropped (that's what he said to me) I got 5 exotics in the past two days since the Dawning dropped. I got sweet business drop from the ground from a taken psion in the final boss of the EDZ taken strike. Then Lunafaction boots on the same day. The next day I got 3 new exotics in the span of 3 and a half hours. Contraverse hold, queen breaker (i was the 4th person to get it in my clan streak) and BLACK TALON. All within 3 and a half hours. I was super happy.

I had no exotic drops for 2 weeks then got 6 in the past week. Five duplicates on my Warlock (Lunafaction Boots, Aeon Flux gauntlets twice, Winters Guile gauntlets, Crimson) and a first Forsaken exotic for my Hunter (Sixth Coyote chest). -
I finally got Two Tailed to drop on a Gambit match last night. Nearly cried I was so happy..... Along with Chromatic Fire that is 2 so far. Now if only I could find Cerberus.......

honestly it feels like they buffed the drop rate because im getting exotics usually everyday, but duplicates are still a problem, i feel like only the fated engrams should give y1 exotics

Hasn't been a big deal for me. I've gotten all warlock armor save for 1 piece for a while now and all weapons in Forsaken save for Cerberus. I'm having trouble getting that last drop sure but who cares. It's fun knowing I still have a new drop in my future.

I've given up and accepted that I'm not going to get any more. It's been over a month. I don't know what the mechanic is, but I'm not getting them.

I'm a Warlock main and I have gotten 1, as in a single, exotic armor drop since forsaken came out. I got so frustrated with it I started playing my hunter and in three weeks I have gotten 4. This system is broken.

8 RepliesI got a Cerberus+1 today, my second Forsaken exotic. I've found being salty helps with the drop rates. Note: Cerberus+1 was great infusion material for my SUROS Regime.

I've only had one Forsaken exotic drop for me this whole time, a piece of armour that is only useful in the crucible, it is frustrating, especially when you see everyone else having fun with new exotics while you have to use the old stuff
