Title? Its really difficult to tell base on his Gear. Almost all fabric, so unlikely he is a Titan.
Im hoping he is not belong to any Class. Its cool if theres a Guardian that has their own style/class. Im hoping we can do that in D3. More Freedom in choosing skills and super would be great.
-
I read somewhere that we was a hunter but he had long since shed the limits of any one class think it was the one drifter lore book
-
I get big Hunter energy radiating off of him.
-
His gambler personality makes him seem like a hunter
-
I always assumed a hunter he clearly isn’t a titan and could be a warlock but that doesn’t really fit him plus being the drifter kinda fits with hunters
-
When he used to be a guardian he was a gunslinger but now he is just a light bearer, not following the instructions of the tower or anything
-
Shin himself argues that he isn’t a class in the conventional sense of the word. He just uses the Light in any way he can to serve himself.
-
The degenerate class.
-
https://www.destinypedia.com/The_Drifter_(character) ... On here he's listed as a gunslinger.. But like others said he does warlock shit or whatever and he's not a warlock

New class. Necromancer. Just look at the Drifter on the Annual pass. He looks like Bloody John Constantine from the TV show with the fire from his hand lol
-
4 RepliesHe flips that coin of his every morning to see what class he's going to be that day.
Alright, alright, alright! Let's see what we've got! ... Hunter! ... Crap.
Loudmouth jerk class
-
6 RepliesHe's a risen, not a guardian. You technically pick your class after coming back to life. It's technically possible to learn all abilities. Hell, felwinter was a warlock who could shoulder charge.

Edited by IKEL0S: 12/12/2018 9:01:52 PMThe drifter might have some powers from both the light and dark. Hopefully we can dive into it more in jokers wild

2 RepliesGuardian classes are nothing but the path we choose to follow.
-
3 RepliesBetter where’s his ghost I haven’t seen it (could just be blind)

1 ReplyEdited by Mr. Moon: 12/13/2018 6:58:57 AMEDIT: I FOUND IT! Gonna leave my orginal post below but heres the quote from "Bright Side of a Bad Idea"
While Guardians have been waging war with the Taken, while the City's newest legends have been trespassing on Ascendant ground and kicking in Taken skulls, the Drifter's been playing Warlock- which he ain't, if it wasnt clear. Not by common understanding, anyway. In drawing strength from curiosity and using knowledge to bend understanding to his will, this will bastard has long since shed any pretensions of class or the limitations therein.
Boom. Now you know... OP: I think I read somewhere in the Drifters Gambit lore that he is a warlock but doesnt necessarily stick with the traditional warlock abilities. He basically uses whatever he wants.
-
1 ReplyConsidering he enjoys the Dark Age as much as I think he does (considering his weapons), he’s just a Risen.
-
Drifter lore says he doesn’t fit with any class.
-
The Matthew McConaughey class. Alright, alright, alright!!!
-
6 RepliesHe’s not a Guardian. He just uses the Light to his advantage when he needs to. He’s a Lightbearer
-
1 ReplyHe is not a guardian and never will be since he is messing around with the same powers as oryx ... and you should know by now what happened to him💀
-
1 ReplyHunter
-
2 RepliesHunter. Was revealed in that Forsaken playing card set he was a Gunslinger.
-
16 RepliesHe's not a Guardian.

He might be a hunter. I don’t know how he would be a titan. His knowledge of the Taken might mean that he was a warlock possibly.
