black armory gambit arsenal bug

black armory gambit arsenal: killing the glowing high value targets is not giving me credit for kill. I ran 1 match and killed 3 or 4. One with super thinking maybe I had to get final shot? Must be bugged

there are 2 different types of glowy guys. The ones you need are the ones Drifter calls out as a HVT on the field etc.

The glowing enemies are not high value targets, the drifter tells you when a high value target appears.
