Connection Issues New England Area
Anyone in New England still getting the "grape" and "fig" errors? Its driving me -blam!-ing nuts! Destiny 2 is the only game that is giving me these problems. It happened right after the Server side update to the Forge to drop it 5 power levels.

Based on bungie help twitter account they are doing back end maintenance both tomorrow and tuesday. December 10th and 11th. Figured id let people know since bungie is being characteristically silent and vague. Hopefully there will be a fix for those of us in the Northeast.

2 RepliesFor the people like me that couldn't do ANYTHING in Destiny 2... I tried something I don't use and it SO FAR has been allowing me to play. ******[b]Try using WiFi instead of a LAN cable.[/b] I haven't done this in years, but decided to give it a try and have been able to participate without issues for roughly an hour now. Of course I'm using 5Ghz for it, but I couldn't imagine 2.4Ghz not working if 5 is. If this doesn't work for you, I'm sorry in advance. If it does, we should get some feedback posted here for others! Hope this helps some to at least play and get some leveling done. I know I haven't been able to since Wednesday. [i]NOTE: I have not attempted PvP or Gambit.[/i]

1 ReplyI'm in the same boat here in NH, I can play BF5, red dead 2 and every other title I have except for destiny 2. I kicks me out of anything and everything. When are we getting any information about this. @BNGHelp1

Thanks for the update. If they’re really doing maintenance tomorrow and Tuesday, why did it take so long? I just have a really hard time believing that it took this long to identify the problem if they were working as diligently on it as expected. But what the -blam!- do I know.

1 ReplyBungie needs to reimburse us for this. I don’t get to play very often due to life obligations but took time off for myself these past couple of days to relax with some destiny. Guess I wasted my time and money with this product. Activision this is why sales are down!

Got a new error, anteater. Nice. Can I get a PSN trophy for getting 20+ errors in less than 24 hours? Also, it's real nice to be warned against leaving gambit matches early when I have no control over getting kicked out of games because of your screw-up, Bungie. Server errors need a nerf.

1 ReplyI'm still seeing this issue and it's probably the worst since it's started. Can't get to most locations without trying 5+ times, if you even make it at all. Lots of grape, fig, rabbit errors. Any update would be appreciated.

Same issues in southern Maine, glad it's not just me. I'm a Forsaken+annual pass player if that's related at all. It started on 12/5/18 after logging in to an in-game message (like the ones you get in orbit that notifies you about a new season) that said something like: "as thanks for being among the first to play Destiny 2 on PC, please accept this unique emblem" I've only ever played Destiny or accessed bungie.net on PlayStation, I don't even own a computer. Wtf is going on Bungie? There was no emblem btw.
