Power Leveling Throttling isn't fun.
Slows constant progression is.
Every purple should drop 1 higher. The more you play the more you level.

2 RepliesI hate this notion of dropping everything at +1 to your overall max average. In my opinion, whatever category of item you get should be +1 to your highest IN THAT CATEGORY. If I've got a helmet at +10 to everything else I have, then if I get a power helmet, it should now be 11 higher than everything else.

My Powerful Engrams had been dropping 1-2 Light higher than my max.
