How is the Forge Endgame ????
I am just wondering this as I do not know for certain.............
The Forge ONLY drops weapons right ?
If that is correct then how is it classed as endgame as you cannot fully level up by doing just this ?
Forge or no forge, people still have to do milestones to level up for the raid which is true endgame right ?

It’s not. “It’s endgame” is just the rallying call of people that don’t want to admit they were foolish to buy the annual pass. You can like the annual pass, and that’s fine, but you should be able to explain why you like it without borrowing the first talking point you see, especially one that’s so silly. Doing any of your milestones is just as endgame if the “endgame” is to chase light. If the “endgame” is to hunt new gear, you can do that chasing a better roll on gear that drops from any activity. The only endgame activity in the pass is the raid, but calling the forge “endgame” is just as silly as calling a glimmer extraction public event “endgame”, especially once you’ve over leveled. Endgame activities remain challenging after over leveling. Something like soloing the shattered throne is an endgame activity and offers a challenge regardless of your light level.

4 RepliesI can only get to the second wave. Haven't done one clear yet. I don't think it's worth $35 currently, unless there's other ways to get some of the Black Armory weapons. If you do want to buy it, then your best bet is to just do your normal milestones because getting anything this week may be unlikely for you.

I'm curious to see if the different forges will have different armor, or just drop from the same loot pool.

The power level of the weapons drops at a very high level. You get armour from the weekly milestone which drops very high also (I was 620 and it dropped a 628 chest piece).

2 RepliesI've just started the bounties. Only 2 clears in, so can't really comment. Beat it with randoms twice. Probably played 6 in total. 613. I'm looking forward to running it, the bounties, weapons etc. Just hope my clan mates catch up soon. Don't really want to do it with randoms.
