I just tested Zenobia-D and Roar of the Bear. Seeing as how Z-D has "smaller homing rockets" and RotB has "slow but powerful" rockets, I figured RotB would do much more damage, but how much exactly?
I went to Golmut in the lost sector on Titan, a popular damage testing target, to test them.
To my surprise, Zenobia-D did 1310 impact damage and 4588 explosion damage, and Roar of the bear did 1310 impact damage and 4588 explosion damage.
I have yet to test an aggressive frame launcher, but this test surprised me. It leads me to believe that all rockets do the same base damage (aside from potentially aggressive frame "25rpm" rockets).
Why am I posting this here? Just to share the info for anyone curious or falsely assuming like I was. Zenobia-D rockets are not "weak" compared to the other launchers.

4 RepliesAll rockets do the same damage because they lack the impact stat. What differs is blast radius damage range.

The biggest advantage with running a Zenobia is inherent tracking (if that's your thing) freeing up at least one perk. My preference is Field Scout and Ambitious Assassin for more rockets in reserve and two in the mag.

Zenobia has less blast radius. That's thr powerfully part.
