I have played a LOT these past 2 weeks and have yet to see anybody wearing the new dawning gear. Even just 1 piece. Anyone else not seeing it or are you seeing people with their gear on? Maybe the ridiculous upgrade economy is keeping people from upgrading it? Maybe people don't like the looks? Not sure, I just found it odd. The warlock set isn't too bad.

So many complaints on this post. (A lot of which are totally off topic). Don't listen Bungie, this event is nice. "The cooking aspect is too feminine" was one. Cooking is a skill that should be known by men and women. e.e If having to bake virtual cookies in a game hurts your masculinity THAT much, you have some issues to work through. "Too many gay characters" was another. W-what? What does this have to do with anything? If someone is THAT homophobic then they can go play the other 95% of games on the market that are "straight only" or whatever. "Its just another grind" was another. Its not so much a grind because, you earn all the ingredients from all the things you do anyway. You're not GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY to grind for ingredients. I did all my milestones and had enough to get the sparrow and then some just from that alone. Its something you can collect and do while doing your other activities. "It's too related to Christmas" was another. Not really. If you knew anything about ancient civilizations, you'd see that they're going back to the original way the holidays were celebrated, Winter Solstice or Yuletide by the ancient Pagans. Way WAY back in the day, ancient Pagans celebrated the changing of the seasons on a celestial level. Its called The Dawning because, the day after the Winter Solstice (the shortest day of the year) the Sun starts to come back and the days start to grow longer again. The Pagans celebrated this because, they were all farmers and such. Also with Summer Solstice, Bungie had Solstice of Heros. And Festival of The Lost is based on Samhain or the original Halloween. This celebration has nothing to do with religion. Its about celebrating things on a base celestial level. My guess is that during the Golden Age and collapse and etc, religion was probably eradicated all together because, technology and science outweighs and debunks everything. (Not trying to start a religious argument here, but there would be no need for a primarive belief system if science has advanced that much). All in all, people are missing the point of this event. Can the community just stop being a-holes to each other for one second and just enjoy this time? They made an event for all people from all religions (or not) to enjoy and people still complain. This is about celebrating winter and celebrating the days growing longer again.

No snowballs in the overworld? Or even the farm? Do you make it a point to regress every damn year?

How about instead you of putting snow balls in the tower you fix your broken crucible match making system. It has never been worse than now, it is basically unplayable as a solo player.

Who's grand idea was it to make exotic drops replace the raid drop rather than be additional? And who designed these forge quests? They're terrible. Honestly just bad

Hey bungie! Thanks for all the work yall are doing to make this game more fun. So...you know when you have seasonal events and rewards from those events like horror story and the dawning sparrow...it doesn't feel super great to put all that time for something that becomes unuseful after that event concludes. Not sure why you guys are doing this as I don't think an auto rifle that is masterworked or a sparrow that drops 1 glimmer at a time would be game breaking. But just thought I would mention. They would be nice to keep! For future events. Hopefully.😀

Cozmo.. are the Forge emblems completely RNG drops? I've done 55 Gofannon forge and still no drop?

You guys need to fix your game, servitors and taken goblins should not be allowed to shield each other, especially for a full 2 minutes

Edit: Can you ask the devs on what's the point of this Dawning even when you masterwork the oven 99.99% of the time rewarding gamers blues that drop way below your level and y1 weapons that are literally useless? I thought there was suppose to be new loot. I mean, this is an event right that has new loot? You know, to the season to be giving...

Just completed the heroic spire integration event for the Izunmi forge quest. Didnt count. these quests are drawn out as it is. Can we at least get them to work correctly?

Anybody having a problem having the high value target spawn on Nessus by exodus black but once he spawns he automatically dies!?!?
