I find it incredibly ironic that to complete the “quest,” I wound up grinding EP (a horde mode) just to get access to a “NEW” horde mode that I still can’t finish because the old horde mode doesn’t drop high enough gear to matter. Even worse, I had to do / FULL EP runs, 2 heroic public events (in addition to the 2 that I already completed as part of EP), AND the friggin Heroic Mars story mission just to finish the flash point. ...for a piece of 602 gear. The only “new” gear I managed to snag with this update were the “radiant shards.” Wow. That was REALLY imaginative Bungie. Way to put out something new and unique.
