Props to that OG TWAB format. I want to go back and find the last time DeeJ wrote one now.

That’s not true at all. I did all my milestones on one character and that got me to 610 and then I completed the forge activity.

You are really a lucky gal or Bungie changed something. I got multiple energy weapons and body armour with the same light level, so my progression stopped dead. This happened so often I lost any interest in doing this stupid artificial grind. There are many good parts to Forsaken, but the artificial grind is to much.

I agree with you on everything except the Masterwork problem when Forsaken dropped. They never had an exponential resource purchase cost ever. I went in and saw Masterwork cores for sale for 10 shards. I had 1000 shards before Forsaken and started pressing to buy and kept going because I had never seen that purchase cost setup before ever in Destiny, and I've been here since Destiny 1 Beta. I was heartbroken when I saw that I just lost all of my shards and had bare minimum cores due to the cost.

I personally feel that this was a missed opportunity to forge a brand new Gjallahorn, with similar perks to the original but obviously more powerful. It could have been one of the lost Clan's super weapons or something, like the bow, sniper and fusion rifle.

All previous dlc content that included a PL increase began with content at the previous hard cap at most and increased from there, this to me makes sense. To just increase the PL requirement for the very first quest or mission at day of release just defies logic. The activities required to get to the first forge is no where near enough play time or content to accumulate the gear you need to meet the PL requirement of the first mission and that is if you are at the previous hard cap. I would be interested in what inspired this logic within your development team.

I think you’ve been doing fine, my buds and I have been having more fun on destiny than ever before since forsaken so I assumed that was the general consensus but I see the forum’s attitude hasn’t changed since the release of D2

give random guardians shout outs? or take crucible stats and have the top 5 players with the most crucible kills for the week instead of nightfall points because its the same 3 people with top nightfall scores... show some love to the people who are not huge content creators... have interviews with random guardians (preferably me haha)

Sell em' separately! Charge a coupla pounds extra if you must but...sell em' separately. Please. Also can you find something then develop it, expand upon it, get inventive with it, hone it to within an inch of perfection then carry it over to D3. Because I have lost count of how many shiny new directions/currencies/modes, etc you've started only to then sometimes months later simply abandon, leaving it floating in the wilderness. Taking up valuable real estate, never to be re-visited. Imo you guys are the proverbial jack-of-all-trades and masters-of-none.
